What is Savills ESDM?Beyond its property management credentials, Savills is Australia’s first property advisory practice to have developed and implemented ecological property management solutions to respond to its clients’ needs, and meet the growing demand for the management of ESD assets (or ‘green’ commercial buildings). Savills successfully established its Ecological Sustainable Development Management teams (“ESDM”) to complement its existing Commercial Management team in order to adequately manage and maximise the return on assets that use cutting edge ESD innovation solutions. Our specialised ESDM teams have an in depth knowledge of ESD assets, and their foundations as well as ESD design & delivery. Our people hold accreditations with the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCAUS) for Green Star Office Design and with the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR).
